The VET:

Dr. Westcott, B.Sc., D.V.M., has eleven years of University veterinary education, including a bio-chemistry degree.  He even spent a year at the Vancouver Aquarium caring for marine mammals. 

What stands out the most for BVS clients?  Always being available – if not in the office, then by phone or email.
