BVS is a full service animal health center/hospital that meets the needs of all domestic pets, horses and many wild animals – from owls to seals.
All animals receive very friendly, personalized quality attention for his/her lifetime; from routine preventive care, early detection/treatments through any medical services required, or if need be, professional surgery. And in almost all situations they get prompt emergency care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The VET:
Dr. Westcott, B.Sc., D.V.M., has eleven years of University veterinary education, including a bio-chemistry degree. He even spent a year at the Vancouver Aquarium caring for marine mammals.
